Paradise Cove is a long, pretty anchorage with a beach you can visit by dinghy. It is a popular spot, and often has 2-4 boats anchored there - but few stay overnight. Although it can be windy and a bit rolly in the afternoon, it usually calms down after dark, making it comfortable overnight — except for the occasional large wakes from passing ships and the early morning ferries.
The cove stretches for miles, with many places to anchor. However, I normally set the hook west of the fishing ramp, and to seaward of the buoys which mark the swimming area.
